Mistress Commands Smell This!
I have a great great sense of smell - Mistress Commands Smell This. I've just arrived at a friend place for the weekend, Chateau Demask and met Henrietta for the first time. I instantly told her she was wearing Poison scent. I can identify lots of smells by name very quickly. A smell can transport me to a time and place. For me, it's the most evocative of the senses.
I particularly love perfume. Here is my Wish List with a few of my favourites.
Mistress commands smell this each Spring:
As Spring, springs forth, I love the smell of the earth, shrubs, tress and flowers coming to life. A gardners bonfire.
Mistress commands smell this each Summer:
What makes me think of the summer is the smell of a BBQ starting up, as the wood begins to burn. Then the meat is added and it begins to smell delicious.

The smell of a freshly opened can or bottle of beer on a hot day. Most suntan lotions have a delicious and distinctive smell.
Bacon and eggs on a campsite or in a cafe. Fish and chips along the seafront at the seaside. Mixed in with the sweet smell of candy floss and the rock candy.
Summer and the flowers in bloom. Freshly cut grass. Rose beds in full bloom.
Sea air. Harbours and the smell of the fishy catch as it's bought in.

The best smell of all and my favourite place ...the trees in Sonoma.
Hammam is a communal bath house in Morocco...it smells amazing. They use oils on the body. This is an energising and detoxing blend:
- 3 drops pine/eucalyptus
- 3 drops rosemary
- 4 drops lime
- 8 drops grapefruit
