BDSM Services East London

Before the all the BDSM services I offer in East London, I start the day with a long morning walking and a swim. It's beneficial for several reasons:

1. Mental Clarity and Mood Boost: My long 60 minutes morning walk can provide a boost in energy and improve my mood for the day ahead. Even if I don't want to go, it's a none negotiable, so I go! The physical activity really helps clear my mind and enhance my mental clarity for client sessions and workshops.

2. Stress Management and Improved Mood: The release of endorphins during exercise helps me plan for the day. I also find exercise meditative, and often plan for the day whilst swimming.

3. Physical Health Benefits: Strengthening muscles especially my thighs, I have great legs. Improving cardiovascular health and help manage weight. Although giving up sugar and carbs really helps with that.

4. Immune System Boost: Walking regularly can help protect you during cold and flu season by increasing your immune function, so long as you keep your nasal membranes protected. Studies have shown that those who walk at least 20 minutes a day, five days a week, have 43% fewer sick days than those who exercise once a week or less.

6. Habit Formation and Productivity: Establishing a healthy habits, increase productivity throughout the day. Starting my day with a walk leads me to make better decision-making and I'm more focused.

7. Sleep Improvement: Regular morning walks can help regulate your sleep cycle, plus regular times; I wake at 6am and sleep at 9.30/10pm. Gives me better sleep, which leads to overall better health.

8. Increased Energy Levels: A long morning walk can increase energy levels throughout the day, reducing feelings of fatigue and improving overall vitality. Although I do need a coffee and sit down when I get home.

9. Weight Management: Recently, I've given up sugar (not just the stuff in a bowl) which has managed by body weight brilliantly. My diet is really good, I don't eat takeaways, processed food, sodas or carbs.

10. Cognitive Health: Regular walking can improve memory and lower the risk of dementia and Alzheimer's disease. It can also boost mental and emotional health by releasing hormones that reduce stress and depression.

Remember, consistency is key when it comes to reaping the benefits of a long morning walk. Aim for at least 20 to 30 minutes of walking at a brisk pace, five days or more each week, to achieve the best results.
