We are nothing without our habits. Here are ten rules to improve yourself. Routines can be highly beneficial, but whether they are "good" for you depends on various factors including how they are structured, their content, and ones individual needs. Here's a balanced look:
Develop a routine to sleep early and be awake at 5 or 6am every day. Eight or nine hours of sleep is a recipe for a focused day. The early bird catches the worm.

Normalise a cold shower every morning. It heals your body and prepare you for a new day. Got to be shivering 🥶 Also spend over 15 mins in a sauna, if possible.
This is easy for me as I swim every day at Rena Spa and Health
Adopt a morning routine; reading must be limited if it is social commentary online, whist reading a few pages of your favourite book is good. Meditate (I do this whilst swimming). Use aromatherapy oils, classical or jazz music, coffee to start my morning, positivity is - an attitude of gratitude, journaling for creativity. My day always includes writing.

Try and workout every day of the week. It's the greatest joy and good therapy for your mental health. Walk at least 20/30 minutes a day. A walk in any weather will clear your mind, boost your mood and makes you have creative thoughts.
Mine regime is an hour walk!
Seventy percent of your meals should be protein. It helps you repair, build and strengthen your body and mind. Cut out sugary foods and drinks. Reduce carb’s dramatically. Reduce alcohol.
Invest in a decent wardrobe, one that can take you further than your front room. Smell nice and take pride in your appearance.
As a fetishist this is top of my list
Always surround yourself with ambitious and motivated friends who're obsessed with improving their life. Your circle should discuss more about money, business and success. Not people!
A romantic relationship will work best when; you're not unemployed, in terrible shape (health or otherwise) or your world is chaotic. First get your life in order.
Your life is 100% your responsibility. Don't blame others. A little counselling may help. Or helping others who have been unfortunate in life brings joy.
Starting with a structure for every day
Resist the urge to be hedonist aka chasing dopamine. It's a ticket to a chaotic, depressed and miserable life for a moment of fun.
Education does not stop when you leave school. Realise a skill is 10 times more valuable than formal qualifications. Learn from MissKimlinktree.com and take one of my workshops. Or do a first aid course. Life changing. I’m going to do a self defence course this autumn.Â

Reading everyday offers numerous benefits that can enhance various aspects of your life. Keeping a written journal offers numerous benefits across various aspects of life. Writing down sessions afterward benefits both parties.
