Look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves. Here is a list of things that are a waste of your time and money.
One: Fast food is a waste of money. Bad for you. Lazy option. Will add weight to you.
Two: There are lots of group events for industry ladies. Travelling for glorified photoshoot is not smart. Choose a real holiday instead. Connect on a one-to-one basis closer to home.
Of course, you are welcome to waste your time and money
Three: Expensive cars are a waste of money. Some people need a car as they live in countryside - I understand. I'm lucky to have amazing public transport in central London. Go for a cheaper car...someone is going to scratch it anyway!
Four: No one bothers with a university education anymore. Huge debt. A.I. will take all those jobs anyway. Pick a use-your-hands job. Education is essential in our industry. If you can't learn from others, then take a workshop. I offer a monthly group class - Mistress Workshop.
Five: Luxury purchases; bags, shoes, watches are what low-to-middle earners aspire to! Rich people don't bother or buy fakes. Or buy a few well chosen pieces.
We all waste of time and money
Six: Wasting money is, buying stuff new! Shop at Vinted. Depop. Vestaire Collective. Ebay, car boot, Facebook marketplace etc. But get to know your size in each of your favourite brands.
Seven: Speciality coffee from a coffee shop is a waste of money, unless it's social or business meeting. Sitting on your own with expensive coffee is wasteful unless you need it for your mental health.
Eight: Renting a play space by the hour is not wasting money! Having your own space is expensive. Bills have to be paid, even when you're sick, on holiday, kids are ill, travelling out-of-town for work, days out/off have to be covered! If you have loads of kit and loads of boys, then invest in an establishment, as you can rent to friends when you are not there.
Be mindful of waste
Nine: Cheap jewellery is no investment at all. Real gold jewellery will only be worth the 'weight value' of real gold. Choose wisely. Go heavy. Diamonds are only really worth it, if there is emotion behind them.
In conclusion, I've never got anywhere in life by thinking, I have no money. Also never have I gone begging for it. I know my worth, and I'm of immense value. Money comes my way by having a positive mental attitude and a belief system. Manifest it, and work hard.
